Appointments

At the first of the year, you will be able to make, check, change or cancel an appointment with us online.  In the meantime, please either call our office at (404)766-8110 or use the form below to handle your appointment arrangements.  Someone will be back in touch with you as soon as possible.

Please remember that appointments that are cancelled with less than 2 business days notice are subject to a cancellation fee.  Similarly, failing to show up for a scheduled appointment will also result in a fee.  These fees are necessary because we cannot fill an appointment slot without sufficient notice.  Dr. Perry has many patients waiting to see her and if you give us timely notification that you will be unable to make your appointment then we will be able to schedule one of them to see her.
